By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Cut-Off & Processing

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT-06:00, CST, Chicago), Monday through Friday.
  • Order Processing (Handling Time): 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST on Friday or during the weekend will be processed beginning the following Monday. We do not ship on U.S. public holidays.

Delivery Timeframes (United States)

  • Transit Time: 10–15 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 11–18 business days.

Please note: These are estimates. Factors like carrier delays or extreme weather may affect delivery times.

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using reliable carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
The carrier selected depends on:

  • Your delivery location
  • The size and weight of your order
  • The shipping method chosen at checkout

Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping: FREE for all orders within the United States.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout with costs calculated based on weight and destination.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking details typically become active within 24–48 hours.

Delivery Area

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military (APO/FPO) addresses at this time.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
