Refund policy

At Warm Lifes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process in accordance with US consumer protection laws.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
- You must provide a proof of purchase (order number or email receipt).
3. Return Shipping & Fees
We are committed to a "No Hidden Fees" policy.
- Restocking Fees: $0.00 (We do not charge restocking fees).
- Defective/Damaged Items: If the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent, Warm Lifes covers 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
- Change of Mind (Buyer's Remorse): If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.
4. How to Start a Return
- Email Us: Contact contact@warmlifes.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
- Authorization: Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with a Return Authorization and instructions.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

5. Refund Process & Timeline
- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
- Credit: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Timeline: Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
6. Damaged or Defective Goods
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@warmlifes.com with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately at no cost to you.
7. Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund before the item has shipped. Once the item is in the shipping stage, it must be treated as a standard return.
